Luna says, "Forgive yourself for not being able to do what you used to do."
Transcript
The main thing is forgive yourself. It’s so painful to not, to not be able to do what you want to do or think you should be able to do and feel like you have to apologize for that. The negative feelings that you have towards yourself for getting into that situation or for being in that situation is not – it doesn’t help you recover. So you have to, you have to find ways to rest even when you don’t want to be resting … I ended up in sort of an obsessive origami thing where I created all of these fabulous sculptures and things because it was something I could do while sitting. And so for the hours and hours that I needed to sit and not work, and not use my brain in my normal way, I used it in this other way that kind of just allowed me to plough through hours of not needing – of needing to create downtime where my, either my habits or my ego or whatever wouldn’t let me have downtime I sort of found a way to force myself into downtime and that was I think helpful to my recovery.
